Joachim holds a diploma in Economics from Cologne University with studies abroad at University of Cambridge and ESADE Barcelona.
He brings with him 36 years of experience in the finance sector, having worked as a consultant, interim managing director, and in various specialist, product, and leadership roles in corporate banking at Commerzbank.
His core competency lies in the analysis, development and financing of international medium-sized business models.
Additionally, Joachim is a certified public programme advisor.
Matthias Stute

Matthias holds a BSc in Economics and a MSc in Finance from Maastricht University with studies abroad at Universidad del Pacífico Lima, Peru.
With 10 years of experience in the finance sector, he has worked as a consultant, interim manager, and in investment banking at HSBC (Düsseldorf/Hong Kong).
His core expertise lies in structuring comprehensive international financing solutions and managing complex projects.
Matthias has pursued further education in Sustainable Finance at Cambridge University and Frankfurt School of Finance. He is also certified as a restructuring and turnaround consultant by IfUS-Institute Heidelberg.

Stefanie is a trained banker and holds an MBA from thePower Business School.
With 30 years of experience in the finance sector – as a consultant, coach, and in corporate banking at Deutsche Bank and Commerzbank (Prague/Düsseldorf) – she brings extensive expertise in risk analysis and the development of structured financing models for SMEs.
As a dvct-certified business coach, she combines financial expertise with solution-oriented consulting. Additionally, she has completed further training in project management.
Since August 2024, she has been a member of the supervisory board of X-map AG, Krefeld.
zhongyuan su

Zhongyuan holds a master´s degree from University of Göttingen.
He has 10 years of management experience particularly in the chemical and consumer goods industries. During this time, he has built extensive expertise in restructuring and M&A.
Zhongyuan supports PONTES as an external advisor, particularly in the business with Chinese clients.
